Thanks much for this useful info. I’ve been dreading housework lately. I’m just getting bored, I think. This does appear to be a genuine way to enjoying housework. I’ve put on a couple of holiday pounds. Demanding cleaning can help take them off Maybe. I love doing Gardening but realized that it can burn a lot calories never.
Yeah, household tasks do give me lots of motivation when I believe of reducing those calories from fat without heading to the gym. What a great hub! It really is great to learn these tasks burn off so many calorie consumption. This gives me some much needed motivation. My sister is too sluggish in doing things I wager I have to show this hub to her first to understand things haha.
I didn’t know so many calorie consumption is burnt internal hold chores. I believe I should try to do some more now. I should post this on my fridge so everyone in the house is motivated to do the chores! Sure, my pal, do join in! Is your house facing the main road or are too many wood furniture in your house there? Dusting makes my nose sneezes all the right time.
